Text Box: PICTUREKen led the Business Link Wessex Innovation Service (WIS) team for the four years prior to the withdrawal of Government funding for lone inventors in March 2007.  Ken was determined that lone inventors should still be supported and set up Inventor Qest with former WIS advisor Ian Stockdale.


Prior to his involvement with inventors Ken filled various roles -

 

 

He has also run his own successful Take Away Food Franchise; Office Services and Printing Bureaux


Ken’s varied technical and commercial experience is a major strength when helping inventors to evaluate and commercialise their ideas.


Living on Hayling Island with wife Sylvia, Ken has been an Auxiliary Coast Guard, served a four year sentence as a Borough Councillor and is currently removing the over-wintering frogs from the foundation trenches of a major extension to the family home.

Ian StockdaleIan has always hated the idea of good ideas going to waste.

In 2004 he joined Ken Teal as a member of the Business Link Wessex Innovation Service team to help inventors to objectively appraise and develop their inventions.

 

Now working as a key member of Inventor Qest he brings a wealth of experience to his role and an assertive, open and friendly style.

 

In addition to working for 30 years in the international pharmaceutical industry in sales, training, product development and global strategic planning he has also had success in:

 

 

Based in Poole, Dorset with his family, he is a keen yachtman, Ex-Tabler, photographer, and failed Jack Russell trainer!
